About the Role 

• Reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with them, you’ll lead a small team of creative professionals responsible for the ongoing care, repair, and enhancement of our iconic wax figures. 

• Utilising your artistic skills in painting, hair styling, and makeup application to maintain the impeccable realism Madame Tussauds is known for. 

• Manage the daily operation of the attraction to ensure the presentation of the attraction, including figures, is delivered to the highest standard. 

• To ensure the team deliver an exceptional guest experience through leadership, coaching and development. 

• Work closely with the General Manager on marketing to maximise promotional opportunities. 

• Oversee rostering and performance of Studios Team 

• Manage the Studios department ensuring that the figures and attraction are maintained to the highest standard. 

• Involvement and collaboration with marketing, public relations and operations.  

• A strong artistic background with hands-on experience in disciplines such as painting, hair styling, and makeup application. 

• Proven experience in a creative or artistic environment, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
